Common Questions
Audio does not play or stops unexpectedly
- Check that your device volume is on and not muted.
- Make sure DreamScape has permission to play background audio.
- Restart the app and try another preset from the Library.
- If you use Bluetooth headphones, reconnect them and try playback again.
Weather-aware ambience is not working
- Open your device settings and allow location access for DreamScape.
- Weather access is optional. DreamScape still works normally without it.
- The app uses approximate location only to fetch local weather.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Please use the App Store or Google Play refund process for purchases made through those stores.
How do I delete my data?
DreamScape stores sleep history and settings locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes local app data. For privacy or data requests related to analytics or crash reports, email us at the support address above.
Is DreamScape medical advice?
No. DreamScape is a wellness soundscape app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep disorders or other medical conditions.
